Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By provisioning SIP trunks, dialer instances, or phone numbers from TelNext LLC, customer agrees to comply with all applicable telecommunications laws, FCC regulations, and TCPA compliance mandates.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Customers must maintain accurate, verified Caller IDs and are strictly prohibited from transmitting fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal robocalls over TelNext carrier trunks.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

TelNext guarantees 99.999% network availability on core SIP signaling gateways and geo-redundant voice media nodes.
